A change agent, LeRoy C. King III brings a fresh perspective and innovative approaches to address society’s most pressing social challenges that plague many of our cities and communities. Currently the Executive Director and Principal Consultant for Bridges Out of Poverty in South Bend, a licensed authorized consultant site for the national “Bridges” initiative, “Aha! Process!,” LeRoy brings close to 30 years of experience working in the social sector with emphasis in serving economically disadvantaged families. In 2005, LeRoy was invited to volunteer as a consultant and program leader for the development of an innovative, faith-based community center in South Bend, Indiana. LeRoy became the full-time Director of the community center from 2009 to 2015 where they offered an array of comprehensive educational and skill development programming for children and adults.

With a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bethel College, Mishawaka, Indiana, LeRoy is a bold and vivid communicator, trainer, workshop, and conference speaker.
